Clubhouse hours are daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

(Please turn off lights and TVs in the clubhouse when a room is left vacant)

Billiards Room. The billiards room may be used any time the clubhouse is open. Guests (16 yrs and older) MUST be accompanied by a resident. Guests are NOT permitted in the Billiards Room without being accompanied by a resident. Under no conditions may an individual younger than 16 years of age be admitted.

Bocce. There are two bocce courts located adjacent to the outdoor pool area. Equipment is available in the clubhouse in the closet across from the gym.

Clubhouse Gym. The gym may be used any time the clubhouse is open. Please limit activity on any piece of equipment to no more than 30 minutes if other people waiting. Guests (16 yrs and older) MUST be accompanied by a resident. Guests are NOT permitted in the gym without being accompanied by a resident. Under no conditions may an individual younger than 16 years of age be admitted. Please clean equipment after you use it.

Indoor Pool. The pool is open seven days a week from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM. All guests must be accompanied by a resident. Entrance to the pool is controlled by your clubhouse passcard. The card reader is located at the door to the pool. When using the pool, residents must test chlorine and PH levels in the Jacuzzi pool. Testing instructions and supplies are located in the equipment closet.

Library. The clubhouse has two areas that include books available for circulation. You can find hard cover books in the Library (near the fire place) and soft cover books in the Arts & Crafts Room. Please sign out hard cover books and return them when you are done. Contributions are welcome to both areas.

Multi-Purpose Room. The multi-purpose room has been designed to house a wide range of projects. The room may be used by individuals or for classes that have been arranged by the Lifestyle Director. Shuffleboard. There are two shuffleboard courts located adjacent to the outdoor pool area. Equipment is available in the closet across from the gym.
